I have bought 5 of them. . .only one of the 5 have worked properly. The others run the batteries down quickly. . .I mean ridiculously fast. I had to purchase some high end 1.6v batteries just to make them work. Now my youngest daughters A1100is just quit working all together. . .and its the newest one of the fleet. I feel silly sitting here talking about this having been bent over 5 different times. Try to get on their website to get support. . .good luck diving into that abyss. . .
